Terms like “scalding of milk” or “folding in the egg” are some of the terms you might be confused of its meaning.  The best thing to do if you really wanted to learn how to cook is to start from the simple recipe. Then start to expand to a more complicated recipe if you are expert already of the basics. There are different levels of complexity when it comes to cooking. When you obtain your recipe online, most of the time they will indicate as to whether it is difficult or easy type of recipe. New cuisine like Chinese, Indian or Thai foods should be done later.
